KRYON HEX is built for sustained fire and extreme heat. It reduces exposure to a hot suppressor, prevents burns, and protects surrounding gear while allowing the system to continue running as intended.
Instead of holding heat in like traditional systems, HEX uses an open, vented structure that allows heat to escape as it builds. Traditional covers trap heat and carry it back into the rifle—heating the rail, barrel, and surrounding components during extended use. HEX avoids that by allowing heat to vent rather than remain trapped in the system.
The hex-pattern structure is not cosmetic. Each opening is designed to promote airflow across the surface of the suppressor, helping heat shed while maintaining strength and rigidity. This open geometry reduces heat retention without sacrificing protection.
Each HEX Shield is CNC machined for consistency, durability, and structural integrity under heat. It does not rely on fabrics, wraps, or materials that degrade over time. The result is a rigid, repeatable structure that holds its form through sustained firing and continues to perform without melting, shifting, or breaking down.
KRYON HEX Shields are available in 5″, 6″, 7″, and 8″ lengths, allowing you to select the appropriate size for your suppressor and intended setup.
KRYON HEX is the core of the KRYON system and is designed to work with KRYON mounting adapters and extensions. This allows you to configure your setup without replacing the Shield, adapting how it’s mounted or extending length as needed.
KRYON HEX is designed to run slightly longer than the suppressor. Extending the Shield past the suppressor creates forward standoff, reducing direct contact with hot surfaces during use.
KRYON extensions are available in 0.5″ and 1.5″ lengths, allowing you to add length without replacing the system. This provides flexibility to adjust your setup while maintaining the same core component.
This is not a wrap. KRYON HEX is part of a modular system designed to manage heat, maintain performance, and continue functioning under real conditions.

Love this. No more wraps flying off, or getting so hot the velcro melts. Super easy install, and man does this thing work great. After long strings, I can feel the heat of the can through the openings, and the shroud is nice and cool. Can cools down quickly with all that open air. Really light. Amazing product. Just used it in a three day rifle course. My suppressor gets hotter than the surface of the sun and this works at least as good as advertised. They under sell this thing if anything. Shocking the difference between the heat of the can and the suppressor cage. I will buy another for sure. I have melted and or burned up every other suppressor cover I have ever bought. None are even close. These people are amazing and even do a MIL/LE discount which is not expected, but greatly appreciated.
