KRYON NEXUS Caliber Insert

The KRYON NEXUS Caliber Insert is the barrel-mounted component that creates the fixed interface for the NEXUS Disc.

It installs directly onto the barrel behind the muzzle device and is held in place once the muzzle device is installed. The insert remains on the rifle, allowing the NEXUS Disc and attached KRYON tube to mount quickly and consistently.

Each rifle requires its own insert. Once installed, the rifle is ready to accept the NEXUS Disc, allowing the disc and tube to move between firearms without rebuilding the system.

The insert adds less than 1 oz, allowing it to remain installed without impacting rifle balance or handling.

Available in 1/2×28 and 5/8×24 thread patterns, the insert supports common barrel configurations across a wide range of platforms.

The NEXUS Caliber Insert is compatible with KRYON tubes, NEXUS discs, and extensions, forming the foundation of the NEXUS mounting system.

Like all KRYON components, it is CNC machined for durability and structural integrity under sustained heat and use.
