Kryon Adapter and Tube Installation Guide
Start Safe
STANDARD HUB INSTALLATION
Remove the HUB Adapter
Remove hub adaptor from suppressor body using proper wrench. (spanner)
Using a padded vise or leather strip on vise jaws to protect suppressor will assist in removal. (Some suppressors come with two spanners to remove the HUB mount without a vice).
Note: There may be a thread locker that requires heat for removal.
Attach the Kryon H Adapter
Once removed install the Kryon H adapter onto your HUB mount with the threads facing forward.
Reinstall the HUB Mount
Install the HUB mount with the Kryon H adapter onto the suppressor body. Make sure to center the Kryon H adapter before tightening. (Photo below shows suppressor not centered)
Optional: Timing the Kryon Shroud
Thread the Shroud
Thread the Kryon shroud onto the Kryon H adapter, making sure to fully seat the shroud onto the Kryon H adapter.
Mark Reference Point
To time the Kryon shroud mark the back of the Kryon H adapter with a sharpie/pencil or piece of tape.
Note: We like to use the Guntology logo as a reference point.
Set Desired Timing
Determine your desired position for the logo (3,6,9,12 o’clock.)
Loosen the HUB mount and rotate the Kryon H adapter to align the mark you made to your desired
position then tighten the HUB mount in place, ensuring the Kryon H adapter remains centered.
Before Firing: Always check for proper suppressor alignment on the host firearm.
If alignment is incorrect, do not fire the weapon — please contact Guntology LLC for further assistance.
Optional: Kryon H Install on Direct Thread HUB Mount
Install Direct Thread Mount
Thread Suppressor onto Muzzle
Mark Top Dead Center
Mark the top center of the suppressor and install the Kryon shroud.
Mark Adapter Reference
Mark the back of the Kryon H adapter using the Guntology logo as a reference point.
Remove Components
Remove both the Kryon shroud and suppressor.
Align Index Marks
Loosen the direct thread mount and line up your index marks.
Reinstall Components
Reinstall onto suppressor, ensuring Kryon H adaptor is centered on HUB mount.
Final Tightening
Once properly aligned and centered, tighten fully onto the suppressor body.
Thread onto Muzzle
Reinstall the Shroud
Installation is complete when the Guntology logo (or your reference mark) is at the desired position.
