Kevin Worrell brings 25 years law enforcement and 26 years military service experience to Warrior Training and Consulting (WARTAC LLC), a veteran-owned company specializing in advanced marksmanship and tactical instruction.

He retired in 2025 after 25 years with the U.S. Border Patrol in Laredo, Texas, where he served as the Firearms, Body Armor, and Ammunition Coordinator. As a Supervisory Border Patrol Agent, Kevin led firearms training for approximately 1,900 agents and held key instructional roles, including:

  • Firearms Instructor & Course Developer
  • Enhanced Field Armorer
  • Active Shooter Instructor (Alerrt Train-the-Trainer)
  • Designated Marksman Instructor
  • U.S. Border Patrol National Pistol Team Captain
  • Laredo Sector Shooting Team Captain

Kevin also served 26 years in the U.S. Marine Corps, including 20 years with the Marine Forces Reserve Marksmanship Training Unit (MFR MTU). He retired in 2017 as the unit’s Chief Instructor, having trained thousands of Marines in combat marksmanship and small unit tactics. His military experience includes:
